“Looking at me you see an addict, a hoodlum, a bum, maybe even a drug dealer. These are my stereotypes, according to family and friends, but I am none of these. I am a musician and a student who works hard to succeed and achieve the goals I have set in life. I am someone who has been close enough to rock bottom that self harm and ending my life was the only option. I am someone who suffered from EXTREME anxiety and wasn’t allowed to take the medication to help. I am someone who has relapsed and tried so many method to numb the pain. I am someone who found that music is the only vice I need to channel my depression and anxiety. I am now someone who lives with a mild depression and is working through my anxiety. I am a person like everyone else in this world and #IAmNotMyLabel.”
